Installing R anticlust package from source in conda environment

This package require C compilation.
https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/anticlust/index.html
https://github.com/m-Py/anticlust

The manual method for now (based on R MAAP v4.2, R v4.3)

conda install c-compiler gcc r-rann r-lpsolve sysroot_linux-64
#then launch R, you may need to do this in a fresh terminal so all the new paths get picked up

>install.packages("anticlust")

Good news, I also got lasR to work this way. Still needs a complete blank test run if you want to try it Sam.

conda install c-compiler gcc sysroot_linux-64 cxx-compiler r-rcpp
# then launch R in a fresh terminal
install.packages('lasR', repos = 'https://r-lidar.r-universe.dev')

We could consider adding all of these libraries to the base conda env we provide for R, and hopefully most source compiled packages will work.
