Contextual help for some menu items obscures other menu iterms #174
Description
E.g. When mouse hovers over e.g. 'Author' the menu items 'exeLearning', 'WebColage', 'OpenGLM' and 'CADMOS' are obscured by the contextual help.
It would be better if the contextual help was positioned to the right of these menu options.
The same applies to 'Conceptualize', 'Implement' and 'Project'.
