environment.yml is missing some dependencies

environment.yml is missing the following dependencies:

loguru
xarray
pyproj
geopandas
pyevtk
rasterio

h5py, obspy (I think these are a dependency of mth5)

@kujaku11 - I can just update that on master if you like.

It's also missing the following, which I suppose need to be installed by git clone?

mt_metadata
mth5

So if we want to install mtpy via git clone, is this the process?

1. Install mtpy-v2 via github
2. Install mt_metadata, mth5 via github
3. Create a conda env with environment.yml

@alkirkby Good catch, I did not keep that up to date. I'll make a pull request with an updated environment.yml and you can test it on your machine. Eventually, we need to probably create a .lock file which would be a better way to install an environment and update from a setup.py to a pyproject.toml file.

@alkirkby I created a PR #80. Working out some of the bugs, but will request you review it first before we merge into master.

I think the way to use it would be similar to like you said:

1. Clone mtpy-v2
2. conda env create -f environment.yml
3. pip install -e .

mt-metadata, mth5, and aurora will be installed through conda. The tricky one is simpeg cause it has some different dependencies. Eventually I would like to make some of these optional dependencies so you don't have to install them all just to plot a transfer function.
