Order Page: Implement "Claim Mortgage" Button and Countdown #24
Description
Describe the bug
A "Claim" button should be added to the order page. This button should only be visible after the mortgage has expired. Additionally, a countdown timer indicating the remaining time until the mortgage expires should be displayed on the order page.
Steps to reproduce
After the mortgage expires, the user needs to manually claim it. The order page should have a "claim" button and a countdown
