Default tabs should be destroyed/released when closed. #330

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The main frame creates a few default tabs and then keeps them forever. This means a change to their layout cannot be seen without restarting the app.
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be better if the main frame called on TabFactory or PanelFactory (idk what it will be called) to create each panel and when the panel is done it is destroyed. Then to reload a panel is simply close and reopen, without quitting the app.
