  • Axonal Trees based on TREEs and PAM

    Axonal branching trees should be created using PAM-spaces instead of euclidean spaces and the TREEs-algorithm to create the branching.

  • Revise PAM

    In order to extend the capabilities of PAM (e.g. add new mappings, new concepts of a layer/region) the whole internal structure of PAM needs to be revised. Ideally, everything is restructured into a class-system, which can be easily extended. A branch "ext_revision" has already been created to start with the revision.
