Change display so that instead of having two entries for the same person when they appear with an epithet or without, make it so that it l ooks like the word index, with the epithet following the citation, with a colon.

So the Name/Greek name entry will only appear once, and epithets will be subgroups
unless it's much easier to do the as in the Greek word index
