Why does Antioch show up in the Place Names index when it doesn't yet have an entry in the authority list?

It is in the authority list, perhaps added after the issue was opened. The Greek word would appear in the index because it is marked as a place name in the inscription text.

If there were no entry in the authority list, it might not have all the correct information in the index.
Should we add a gazetteer link to the English word? they are added to the authority list.

Add new column with title "Gazetteers" and then add links to the gazetteers with link text the name of the gazetteer.
