Cannot insert citation on Ubuntu 20.04

OS: Ubuntu 20.04 LTS 64bit
Mendeley version: 1.19.4 and 1.19.6
LibreOffice version: 6.4.6.2

Mendeley Desktop works well, plug-in for LibreOffice installed successfully. All function works well, except inserting citation. When push to "Insert Citation", article search little window appears and than disappears again in millisecond.
Has anyone same bug?

I am having the same issue on Manjaro (and it was working previously, can't remember what versions I was on the last time that I used the plugin though). As you describe the search pop-up briefly appears on Mendely before closing.

OS: Manjaro Linux x86_64
Kernel: 5.4.60-2-MANJARO
DE: xmonad

Mendeley: mendeleydesktop-bundled 1.19.6-1 (from AUR)
Libre Office: 7.0.0.3
