Add node gateway source

We need the ability to see how a node got to us. Much like Meshmap, we need to know who reported or "gated" the packet(s).

Some commits have already been pushed to the in progress next dev branch, which has some API support for this. The endpoints will embed a slim node with the key gater if this is present.
