We need to have actions/flow tests something to confirm behaviour of maintenance
operations:

sr3 sanity, killing things starting things etc...

probably... this should in sr_insects instead, as an enhancement to flow_maint test. what is missing:

• killing processes, and running sr3 sanity to have them restarted.
• check process table that everything stopped is actually stopped.
• check config tree to verify that after removal config files are gone.
• check state directories to confirm that all files are removed after cleanup.
