Wrapper for simulate function to be able to use Multi-optimizer for every optimizee

In order to use all optimizees in combination with the multi-optimizer, a different way of handling the simulate call is needed. Currently, it does not return a list of fitnesses as expected for the multi-optimizer, but only single values.
