[feature] Chat order in Blabsy and Pictique

Description

Currently, new group chats are displayed below existing chats on both platforms.
When new messages appear, group chats are prioritized only in Pictique. In Blabsy, group chats and platform notifications always remain below private chats, even when they receive new messages

Acceptance Criteria

In my opinion there should be:

1. New chats are displayed above existing chats
2. When a new message is received, thе chat moves to the top of the list, regardless of whether it is a private, group chat or message from the platform
