[Bug] [PC] “eID App” is displayed as plain text instead of a link on the Pictique auth page

Description

On the desktop web version (Safari, Chrome), “eID App” is displayed as plain text and isn't clickable on the Pictique auth page

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open https://pictique.w3ds.metastate.foundation/auth
2. Try clicking on “eID App”

Expected behavior

The text

Scan the QR code using your eID App to log in
should contain a clickable “eID App” link leading to the store, as in other versions
