Renaming Meteorpedia page

Hey @gadicc, can you please rename http://meteorpedia.com/read/Packaging_existing_Libraries to all lowercase? The title should be "Packaging existing libraries" if possible. thanks!

Hey, regrettably the title and URL currently have to be in the same case. This was a lack of foresign and unfortunately it's kind of impossible to change the existing code now :( So would you like the URL and title to be "Packaging existing libraries" ? Obviously in the rewrite it was planned for case insensitivity in the URL.
