ERROR: Initializing provisioning manager: reading subscription id: no default response for prompt "Select an Azure Subscription to use."

When running the command:

bash azdeploy.sh

Resolution steps I've taken:

azd auth logout
az logout
azd auth login –use-device-code

Please provide the resolution details to fix this error. Thank You!

@Heeyaichen the script doesn't think you're logged in. did you select the sub and it failed to login?
