Bug: Notification is generated for pickpocketing when 'Enable loot' setting is off

Pickpocketing anything creates a notification (if the value is above the 'Min Loot Value' setting) even if the more global 'Enable loot' setting is turned off.

I would expect no such notification to be made when the loot notifications are disabled.
