Filesize Issue? Screenshots not pushing to Discord

If screenshot is taken when zoomed out + full screen at high resolution, the filesize of the screenshot seems to be too large for the Discord webhook to post under Discord limits. Is there any way to compress or otherwise reduce the screenshots size?
