Ignore DD events from non-AI actors

Can we discard DD events for non-AI enabled actors? (optionally if you see the need for it).

In my case, there's a mod in my game that spawns enemies wearing DD devices. Every time these spawn in, a whole bunch of DD events come in, and my followers get quite confused, usually indicating that I equipped them, or that they are being equipped on me. It also lets you know there are enemies nearby long before you can see them.
