Replace Capacitor with modular Multiblock

For simplicity, the capacity should be replaced with a modular multiblock, using the astronautics structure system. This simplifiies the block layout, the calculation, the usability, makes it easily expandable, and in the long run makes Zerocore obsolete.

Details are to be determined, but a bank-layout is the current idea, where small units of little capacitor multiblocks get stacked horizontally
