Bug: Hangs and no more claude.log inserts #18

Hi!
I was using this tool very successfully three days ago, but with an update somewhere between 0.5.x, the tool sometimes hangs and there are no more entries inserted into the claude.log file. I have to stop and start again. So what I do now is keep the log view always open to verify that it is actually working. Before, I could leave it running for an hour with no problems. I am on the Max plan, so it's not a token issue, and my PRDs are always very straightforward.

OS: Windows 11
