[FEATURE] Ability to relocate the Overlay.

The overlay currently covers the right half of a token/actor.

Having the ability to specify where we want the overlay to appear would be very nice. Mostly looking to move it further left/right so it doesn't cover the token/actor at all when mouse-overing.
