Request for Pre-trained Weights

Dear Maintainers,

I greatly appreciate your work on the UNet++ repository. I am working on a liver tumor segmentation project and would like to perform transfer learning using the UNet++ model. I noticed that pre-trained weights are not included in the repository.

Could you please share any pre-trained weights for liver segmentation or similar tasks if available? Alternatively, could you point me to resources or datasets to help with this?
