I don't think so... I don't have that mod installed now and every time I move your mod into my Mods folder the game crashes upon loading the world. I even deleted tool belt's config file and it crashed again.

Removed it from the folder once again and my game opened. Sorry if I'm misunderstanding...

I'm not actually sure... sorry my game is really f*cked right now, and I had to delete everything and start over. Because of this I'm hesitant to move things around from how they currently are.
