Let users resubscribe after cancelation

Right now if a user wished to stop paying for a site they can cancel but this will immediately turn it off their site. Ideally the cancellation would be scheduled for the end of the billing cycle or end of the trial. Also after cancellation there's no way for the customer to restart their plan.

Actually I think it already works this way.
It does seem to be hard to subscribe after cancelling. I think free trials are not allowed when a trial is already used so they are filtered out of possible options. More testing is needed. Ideally when a membership is cancelled there would be a renew membership button on the account page.
