Describe a description of the new feature

Reuse filtering rules from #321 in the main page to allow advanced filtering. While a user can create as many filtering rules as they want, there will be a few built-in rules like what we currently have.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Custom implementations such as #1255, but it's not feasible considering there are almost 45 filtering options totaling more than 500 possibilities.
