Uninstalled some system apps(safe to remove) and then facing this system launcher keeps stopping

I've uninstalled some system apps which was labeled as safe to remove, now after removing and restating the device, my home screen is not working, and I'm getting this error. Please help me how to restore it to default

If you're in settings, go to Apps > Default apps and see if you can change the system launcher to something else. If not, go to App Manager in All apps, open it, and try to restore all the system apps you uninstalled, then restart. Otherwise, you'll need to connect your device to a computer and use ADB to install those system apps back. If all else fails, a factory reset is your only option.
