Control AppOp settings more precisely

App-ops can either be controlled for each uid or for each package. Could you please add a dialog where users can control AppOp settings more precisely.

Allowing for/Use --uid when setting app ops

I also need this feature, but many permissions haven't been translated into Chinese, which is frustrating for me. Sometimes I don't know the specific function of a permission.
