Fix the stats counter to reduce the request to the api server #30
Description
The current counter demands the server heavily which affect the mobile app functioning properly already. Let's just try to load the data once from the server at the beginning of the page loaded and display the counter effect once only. @bengyles , otherwise, we will take the risk to lose the audience from mobile as well.
