Merge Fuzzing Tech

I am interested in merging some of the techniques from a few of the papers that we have consumed and testing them against the LAVA-M set and Linux Kernel as it stands. This may take some further discussion to settle on exactly what features we would want to pull in from where and why.

I would classify this more as an engineering problem than a scientific one, as it is more the targeting combining of features to make a more effective system.
