Domain transfer can be ordered longer than 1 year term

When placing an order for a transfer with a longer than one-year term the extra years vanish into thin air. This is a joint fault of the module and the NameSilo API.

I've submitted a request to NameSilo to add a "years" attribute to the "transferDomain" call so a domain can be properly extended at the time of transfer. This issue is to track said updates from them.

Namesilo won't play ball.

However, we will not be changing the rule for transfers in our system limited to 1 year. There are many reasons for this. First, transfers are priced differently than registrations/renewals. Second, different registries have different rules on multi-year transfers (some do not even offer it). There are other technical reasons as well - these are just a few. We have transferred over 500,000 domains from other registrars (https://www.namesilo.com/transfer_compare.php) and all have been for just 1 year. We are sorry this does not meet your requirements or expectations. We are always looking for way to improve, and have committed to making another change for you (API responses for transfer status), but some changes cannot or will not be made for internal or external reasons. Sorry again you have found our support unhelpful and uncooperative.

We will need to come up with some other solution to prevent people from ordering a transfer for a term longer than one year.

A feature in Blesta 4.6 should allow this to be resolved via settings, not via code.
