Set up message link with GCS #3
Description
- All vehicles must send an initial connection message to GCS upon start up
- GCS wiki here: https://ground-control-station.readthedocs.io/en/latest/
- should be very similar to how the VTOL sends messages to GCS (can copy/paste from the VTOL repo)
