Hi, We’ve fixed some of the bugs that were causing the issues you reported and have released a new version of WE-UQ. Could you please download the latest version (v4.4.0) and try running the same examples again? Let us know if the problem persists or if you encounter anything else unexpected. Best, |

Please make sure your DesignSafe account is fully set up and that you’re signed in through WE-UQ, then start from the first CFD example and carefully follow the instructions in https://nheri-simcenter.github.io/WE-UQ-Documentation/common/user_manual/examples/desktop/weuq-0013/README.html. The results widget isn’t something you configure; it gets automatically populated once your simulation is completed. |

Hello all,

I am resubmitting this question as I still can't seem to figure out the issue.
I'm using version 4.3.0 on my Windows desktop and I tried setting up a simulation from example 4.9 and can't get any of the results to display properly. I also have the issue of when I run example 4.1, all of my accelerations are zero. I follow these examples to the letter and I don't even know where to define result widgets so I'm a bit lost. I checked my temporary directory and that seemed to be working properly so I'm really not sure what the error is. Does anyone know what the issue is?
This is what I get from the preferences tab. I have a TACC allocation but I left it blank for confidentiality.
