Hello all,
I am resubmitting this question as I still can't seem to figure out the issue.

I'm using version 4.3.0 on my Windows desktop and I tried setting up a simulation from example 4.9 and can't get any of the results to display properly. I also have the issue of when I run example 4.1, all of my accelerations are zero. I follow these examples to the letter and I don't even know where to define result widgets so I'm a bit lost. I checked my temporary directory and that seemed to be working properly so I'm really not sure what the error is. Does anyone know what the issue is?

This is what I get from the preferences tab. I have a TACC allocation but I left it blank for confidentiality.

Hi,

We’ve fixed some of the bugs that were causing the issues you reported and have released a new version of WE-UQ. Could you please download the latest version (v4.4.0) and try running the same examples again? Let us know if the problem persists or if you encounter anything else unexpected.

Hi Abiy,
I tried running the same example on version 4.4.0 and I got the exact same error. I'm not even sure where the results widget is supposed to be set, is it in the FEM or EDP portion?

Please make sure your DesignSafe account is fully set up and that you’re signed in through WE-UQ, then start from the first CFD example and carefully follow the instructions in https://nheri-simcenter.github.io/WE-UQ-Documentation/common/user_manual/examples/desktop/weuq-0013/README.html. The results widget isn’t something you configure; it gets automatically populated once your simulation is completed.
