Thanks for the zoom call.

And for others out there we have resolved the problem. I have updated the documentation to reflect the issues of which there were a few:

  1. When installing OpenFOAM it instructs you to add a line to the .bashrc file ** . /opt/openfoam10/etc/bascrc **. If not there WE-UQ, will not display the openfoam meshes it creates. If for some reason the default ubuntu shell is csh or tclsh, the above line will not work. Replace the line instead with source /opt/openfoam10/etc/bascrc.
  2. If you move the directory containing WE-UQ to a different location after you have started it for the first time somewhere else, the application will not find it's needed backend applicatio…
