No individual tensor images in final atlas for hierarchical atlases

Currently only tensor images in atlas space are computed for each stage, but not for the concatenated/final space (when computing a hierarchical atlas). For the QC of the generated atlas, we need to see the individual tensor images in the final atlas space, so these would need to be generated.

I'm afraid that I don't have much idea on this issue. We probably need to discuss on details.

This would be needed for the FA images, i.e. to map the original space FA images to the final atlas space, by applying the combined/final deformation fields.
