Garbled text in windows.csv #5

Thank you for sharing the source code of your paper.
Firstly, I noticed that there seems to be some garbled characters in the windows.csv file, especially during the slow start phase. This caused an error in getmedian.py. Secondly, the initial entries in windows.csv are all 1. Is this because the three-way handshake is also included in the measurements?
Lastly, I would like to ask if the CSV files under 0-5k in the Gordon-Measurements.zip correspond to the URLs in the full_links.csv file in order?
