Hello,

There are some previous PR commits 2950d61 that got closed due to inactivity.

Currently, the only option seems to be to set an environment variable manually to exclude a specific NVIDIA GPU. Can you please re-consider merging the commits in the mentioned PR? I think the filter approach would be very beneficial for all.
