Make sure we support large fonts

Not sure if all controls are reachable when text size is cranked to 135%. @charlotteguard said there might be an issue with the avalanche center picker on first startup

Looks like what happens is that the cards are too large for the screen and we just need to add scrolling.

after chatting during meeting, request was to add scroll to the page (currently you can still pick the avy center but scroll would make this work better)

First thing would probably be to decide what range of text sizes you want to support. If you make the text size big enough, all kinds of stuff starts to break, and the intro screen is comparatively the easiest to fix.

The app looks just fine for all of the normal sizes when accessibility mode is not on. We can enforce that just to be safe, but it's not a huge issue, I don't think.

For some reason, with the font scaling change the app gets stuck forever on the splash screen after you choose the center you want. I don't have more time to dig in right now - the changes do correctly limit scaling, but I'm not sure what is going on with the splash screen.

In order to get the app to work at startup, I tried setting our wrapper for Text and HTML instead of setting the default props for Text and TextInput. This works. but it looks like react-native-navigation does not yet support a maximum scaling factor. I don't have more time to sink into this right now, unfortunately.
