IMO is trivial to reproduce, the best test with European IP (VPN) if websites is locked in USA/Canada.

Maybe need use:
nanop-easy-set-cookie.js / nanop-set-cookie.js

if click snippets works too fast (nanop-click-elements-onready.js / nanop-click-elements-onload.js) - websites with a delay load the acceptance button of the cookie/privacy policy and agreeing to the use ads version websites (which will cut with EasyList).

Looks like cookie walls rather than a fake pay walls.
