src/julia/PDQP.jl is empty

hello and thanks for sharing the code,

README advises to run ./src/julia/PDQP.jl/gen_bat.py, but directory /src/julia/PDQP.jl/ is empty.

could you point to the right repository ?

Thx for the heads up. This seems to be a GitHub issue where it does not include the modified code from another repository. We will try to figure this out ASAP.

thanks for fixing the Github issue.

Generating instances with ./ins/src/gen_ins.py works ok, and outputs .mps files.

Running the julia solver with code in ./src/julia/PDQP.jl/ works ok. This generate .txt and .json files.

Now, trying to replicate the following steps in README.md, it seems that some step is missing.
Indeed, running ./src/train_new.py, it appears that pickle files are required. (see function train in helper.py).

Can you explain how to generate those pickle files from available files ?

Sorry for the confusion, we missed one step to extract pickle files by using python src/extract_sample.py, we have updated this in our readme file. Thank you for the feedback.
