Freeing and starting Freenect device doesn't force streams to restart #7
Description
As the freenect devices as abstracted and persistent from the PopDevices, they stick around, but if we recreate the device, we want to force them to start again.
Does the freenect device even need to be persistent any more, as we now handle multiple streams
