Add unsupported local corsican

I would like to add an unsupported local to my device: co=corsican
But I can't find it in the list nor can I add it.

The code pulls the locales from Locale.getAvailableLocales(), which should have a comprehensive number of locales if the OEM didn't mess with that...
Corsican is probably not shown in the list because Android itself (well, at least in Google's emulator images) doesn't appear to support it at all.

For now, this will be addressed by implementing a button in the language selector that allows you to specify a language tag.
