Description
Allow moderators to tag comments as NSFW
A comment is displayed as "NSFW Filtered" if either a mod has tagged it as NSFW, or if it explicitly contains the NSFW tag (i.e. "#nsfw" is part of the post). It should not be NSFW filtered if it's only tagged NSFW implicitly (the comment is in a thread which is in NSFW).
