Theese are the following things I want to include within the README:
Background info (About HyperTest)Usage (How to build and use)Contributing (How to contribute)- How to test (A better place for this might be github's wiki feature but I feel like adding extensive information about how I think testing should be done and samples of how to perform those tests may be more benefitial in the readme itself.
