Remoto website is down: what do we do?

Our CI failed with:

❌️ http://remoto.leb.usp.br/remoto/Learning/learning.html
❌️ http://remoto.leb.usp.br/

We need to perhaps have some "policy" on what we'll do in these situations. Do we remove the tool immediately, or do we wait for some time period etc?

It was offline for a while before and then came back, so it might come online again. But if it doesn't, we should of course remove it – our entry is not that helpful without the links, especially for a project that you cannot install from anywhere else.

Is it worth looking into a javascript way of checking if a website is up and then indicate this in the web interface somehow? (Something for later perhaps, not necessary for now)
