Publish compiled manual

It would be great if the manual (the latest version of it) was available in compiled form, either as an HTML or a PDF document, so that potential users (like me) won't have to mess with TeX.

The PDF on the official web page seems ancient.

have posted a copy to you as unable to get uploading here to work.
but having gone through the manual it's clear it STILL doesn't reflect what's in the source code.
for instance buildOptions.ml defines a -project-asm option and indeed it is lurking in my binary but for the life of me I cannot work out which --help manpage lists it let alone use it!
