Possible to include GiBleed as package data?

Not sure the exact size, but would it be possible to include GiBleed inside the package. This would then make it much easier to include in examples etc.

This suggests if it results in the package size being slightly over the cran size limit they might grant an exemption https://r-pkgs.org/data.html

@catalamarti @ilovemane would you be able to look at this? PhenotpyeR gets an email from cran complaining about downloading external data for CDMConnector https://www.stats.ox.ac.uk/pub/bdr/M1mac/PhenotypeR.out so would be good to be able use packages data

yes, will try to include this in next release. I can compress it to like 3mb, hope cran dont reject.
