Support for disability tags to ensure enhanced experience for riders requiring special assistance

Proposal

Transmitting rider's disability information to BPP during search would better equip them to provide tailored experience for the rider.

Enable India has researched the basic required data to be sent by BAP and published it here - https://github.com/enableindia-blr/purple-economy-tags

We request the community to explore this and include these tags as part of the mobility specification.
