Allow `Spond.get_messages`  to get more than 10 messages.

It's currently hardcoded to get a maximum of 10 messages (chats, i.e. series of messages really).

`Spond.get_events()` defaults to 100 but can be overridden.

I'll put in a PR to allow override, and check if it seems appropriate to increase the default.
