I've just installed sabnzbd via sherpa on a new QNAP NAS I bought. I use it to d/l tv shows using an api call from Sonarr. Sabnzbd downloads the files and shows it's unpacking them successfully but in the target "completed download folder" only the specific tv show directory is created and not the unpacked file with in it. I can access the NAS shared folder from my Windows PC but not the sabnzbd I don't know if this is a Sabnzbd, NAS or sherpa pkg issue so starting here first. |

Hi @dazz2017 and thanks for asking about this. It's not a package issue, as you were able to get SABnzbd installed. So, it may be an issue with your current SABnzbd config, your Sonarr config, or the specific NZB used. What is your current full download path for SABnzbd? Have you tried with a different NZB file? What is your current SABnzbd processing setting for the category used by Sonarr? Download, +Repair, +Unpack, +Delete ? Have you checked the Sonarr logs to confirm Sonarr hasn't already processed the completed file? And finally, is Sonarr also running on your NAS? |

I found the issue. The Sabnzbd default for folder permissions wasn't set properly by me and so it was showing as empty when viewed via my NAS OS. Fixed now. |
